Get to know me.

I'm a learning experience practitioner with a focus on inclusive design and adult learning.

I graduated from the University of the Philippines with a BA in Film and Audiovisual Communication. I also have an MBA from a joint program by ESSEC and Mannheim, completing my residencies in Tokyo, Japan and Mannheim, Germany.

My career in instructional design is a synthesis of many things: my work as a creative, the corporate leadership roles I held in various fields, and my personal experiences as a learner with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

I'm an exceptional writer and an even better editor, with attention to detail bordering on obsession.

As an LX practitioner, I've worn multiple hats: designer, writer, editor, trainer, and facilitator. Most of my experience has been with ADDIE, but I have working knowledge of other ID frameworks as well.

I'm also a resource speaker for neurodiversity and inclusive practices, and I welcome any opportunity to further this advocacy.
